Job Description
- Aligns the learning development plan with the organizational plan to contribute to the organizational strategy.
- Assess the individual and organizational needs through surveys, performance management reviews and communication with the stakeholders of different departments.
- Prepare the training plans and calendar on yearly basis addressing the training requirements and communicate it across the organization.
- Tracks budgets, negotiates contracts, builds and maintains relationships with third-party training providers.
- Creates or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
- Delivers training programs with adult learning principles using various delivery methods.
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where external learning interventions are required.
