Job Summary & Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented, competitive Talent Acquisition Specialist that thrives in a competitive environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving building Rapyder by identifying the right people accessing the fitment both from a technical and cultural perspective.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruitcandidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting andselection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicantsârelevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HRrecruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote companyâs reputation as âbest place to workâ

Requirements
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to Zoho recruit or Any ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is an added advantage
- Excellent spoken and verbal communication.
- Should be very Pro-active and be able to multi-task
- Should have the ability to drive employee engagement initiatives.
Qualification:
- 2+ Years with at least 2 years in similar operations role; with any Bachelorâs Degree.
- A diploma or an MBA in HR/ Sales/ Marketing would be an advantage.
