Job Description
- Support the Ministry’s M&E unit staff in developing and implementing M&E Systems, including building their M&E plan.
- Identify and evaluate the existing M&E processes and tools at MoY.
- Support TAP’s Capacity-Building efforts in the M&E area through assessing needs, liaising with other donors and development partners, and preparing and providing training to MoY staff.
- Produce high-quality reports for various audiences, including analysis, report writing, and presentations where necessary and all donors.
- Provide shadowing, coaching, and on-the-job support to the MoY staff.
- Support TAP in the overall program planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and oversight as per the USAID terms.
