PM is the COMPANY representative on a project and has overall ownership and responsibility for the successful execution of the project and meeting client expectations.
While ensuring it meets the CONTRACT and HSE, Cost, Schedule and Quality requirements.
Ensuring the project meets or betters the as sold’ budget and margin and achieves at least a cash neutral cash flow through out its execution.
Champion and Demonstrate Safety Commitment - ensuring HSE requirements are documented and enforced.
Knows the Contract - fully understand the contract and suitably resolve any areas of interpretation / dispute. Ensure the protocol / procedures stipulated in the contract are followed.
Effectively manages the Sales to Operations handover
Establish and make aware the basis of contract - key contractual requirements, penalties, etc. are understood by the project team.
Know the contract scope align with the client
Know & Understand Client Expectations Establish alignment with the client on key project goals / objectives and drivers for the project.
