Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews).
Schedule, organize and conduct interviews & related tests.
Supporting in other HR functions when needed.
Responsible for preparing hiring documents for newly joined employees.
Handling the on boarding of new employees.
Handle the resignation of existing employees and on-time replacement.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Good communication & negotiation skills
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and structured)Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles Familiarity
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
