Job Description
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Marketing or related major is essential but a Master’s degree is preferable;
- 5-7 years’ experience in hospitality & retail marketing or related professional area with 2 years leading the marketing and communications function
- The incumbent must have experience in all aspects of marketing mix with a strong understanding of hotels, retail, spa and F&B Marketing.
- Marketing / PR agency experience is a plus
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand in excellent English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent internal and external communications skills – both verbal and written
- Strong event management and organization skills
- Understand consumer trends in the digital sphere
- Innovate, proactive and resourceful
- Ability to analyze date and establish appropriate action plans
