Job Description

ITP Media Group is looking for a Sales Manager to spearhead its Masala.com brand in India. The company reaches an audience of more than 50 million people globally through its leading websites, portals, social media platforms, events, conferences, award ceremonies, magazines, books and its social media influencer agency

Masala.com is one of the leading websites for all things South Asian, with an emphasis on Bollywood gossip and news, with an incredible, and growing reach, Masala is a global brand with editorial contributors from all parts of the world. The Sales Manager for Masala will be selling multimedia solutions across all platforms with a focus on digital advertising, content marketing, data analysis, video content monetization, sponsorship and innovative creative-led solutions.

We offer an exciting, fast-paced work environment, and we currently have an opportunity for a Sales Manager to join us in our Mumbai office to make an immediate impact on our team. We are looking for someone who is positive, supportive, self-starting, and is ready for that next big leap in their career!

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, proactive salesperson with 3+ years of Luxury Media sales experience with contacts across these industries inclusive of advertising agencies.

Strong experience in selling across digital display, video production, social media, events and print platforms is required, as is the proven ability to manage a continually growing digital & social media platform driving growth through new audience & revenue channels.

The right candidate will display a good understanding of media sales and the media market place, but not be defined by it, and most definitely be able to think outside its traditional parameters and sell creatively as well as across platforms.

Strong negotiation and closing skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure and maintain efficiency and accuracy are key attributes.

Requirements

  • Creative content solutions.
  • Brand and product extension & development
