Develop policies and procedures to ensure effective, efficient and safe operation.
Review reports and monitor performance to assure successful delivery of the Key Performance Indicators and Client contractual requirements.
Implement project plans and drive effective management throughout
Ensure procedures for safety and security requirements.
Manage the project/construction management and technical supervision of consultants/suppliers
Review deliverables and ensure quality control and assurance prepare for independent program reviews.
Organize, assemble, and update the Program Management plan with input from departments.
Resolve or escalate issues and initiates corrective and mitigating actions.
Provide leadership and guidance to all program team members to ensure effective and efficient flow of work and build a strong program management leadership team.
