Job Description
- Fully support Program Director and chair meetings and have client facing visibility.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure effective, efficient and safe operation.
- Review reports and monitor performance to assure successful delivery of the Key Performance Indicators and Client contractual requirements.
- Implement project plans and drive effective management throughout
- Ensure procedures for safety and security requirements.
- Manage the project/construction management and technical supervision of consultants/suppliers
- Review deliverables and ensure quality control and assurance prepare for independent program reviews.
- Organize, assemble, and update the Program Management plan with input from departments.
- Resolve or escalate issues and initiates corrective and mitigating actions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to all program team members to ensure effective and efficient flow of work and build a strong program management leadership team.
