Primary delivery responsibility to both Global Categories & assigned regional (market / cluster) brand teams
Derive insights by analyzing digital data (e.g. trends, themes, etc.) to answer business questions.
Build the right methodology for very brief to deliver strong storytelling analysis.
Identify ways-of-working improvements and feed this into a global center of excellence to drive service improvement Interfaces
Advanced Boolean query building & data extraction from digital data tools (e.g. Brand watch, Clarabridge, etc.)
Find the best way to communicate insights to internal business partners (meetings, report writing, etc.)
Work with other business partners to ensure that all outputs are created to a high standard & consistency Skills and Experience
Own weekly update to manage and align on all projects in the pipeline
Job Requirements
Some managerial experience
Experience in Consumer and market research is a must (online or offline)
Experience in digital data tools (social listening tools, native social platform analytics, etc.)
Passion for analysis and insight discovery
Experience in corporate storytelling or the communication of complex information in a simplified way
Experiencing manipulating and analyzing large datasets
Passion for the social & digital world and its implications for business
Appetite to learn the ‘art of the possible’
Self-starter able to ‘muck in’ as required and pick up ways of working quickly
Reporting experience on following platforms –
Brand watch of any other similar social listening (building a query is a must) o Dataiku o Google adwords o Google analytics o Clarabridge o Unmetric o Brandwatch Vizia o Tableau o Infogram
