Social Media Specialist

Job Description

• Responsible for generating content for client’s social media accounts according to their social media strategy.
• Moderate and provide support to client’s social presence.
• Participate in social media strategy creation process and engage in generating it’s content ideas.
• Stick to the client community management guidelines (Code of conduct, crisis management and in house rules).
• Support the client’s communities beyond the working hours.
• Create monthly social media performance reports

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• 2 years experience.
• Being able to manage communities and generate content in English.
• Positive attitude and eager to learn.
