Job Description

Job Description

  • Manage order cycle on system end to end to ensure proper executions.
  • Always work on delivering customer orders on time in full quantity seeking customer satisfaction.
  • Handle all operations with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, warehousing & logistics to ensure orders are delivered on time and as requested.
  • Manage Quotation, return & maintenance orders process end to end.
  • Continuously improving order process to reach a high level of maturity & flexibility.
  • Tracking open orders and updating its status to customers and the sales team.
  • Handle administration work of Sales orders such as invoices, loading pick slip. etc.
  • Review documents cycle to ensure it is complying with Company rules and procedures.
  • Generate requested daily & monthly reports, analysis & tracking requested by management.
  • Receive customer calls, provide the requested information, and handle customer complaints if any.
  • Deliver feedback received from customers and discuss with the concerned parties inside the organization.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business administration or any relevant Discipline
  • 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience, Client Relations, or any relevant field.
  • Excellent MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Outstanding listening, communications, presentation, and influencing skills
