Job Description
- Update the tracking system for the self-payer used by the IOM MHD clinic in Amman on a daily basis.
- Verify invoices and ascertain that the equipment, supplies or services they refer to were duly received or provided before proceeding with payment request;
- After verifying appropriate documents, collect heath assessment fees from self-payer migrants
- Ensures all supporting documentations are obtained before sending fee deposit request to the Finance department for finalization in coordination with the data entry assistance.;
- Maintains a filing system for receipts of collection;
