Job Overview

Description of the Position

  • Matriye Academy EdTech has a long history of happy, engaged workers, and were looking for a Human Resources (HR) manager to keep that pleasant legacy going. Prior HR or recruitment experience is required, as well as a full understanding of HR policies and processes. Employee orientations, benefits administration, salary, rewards, and conflict resolution will make up the majority of the job, but there will be plenty of opportunities to develop and improve processes. To deal with the changing nature of the workforce, were looking for an HR manager who can effortlessly interact with people and has a detail-oriented approach.

The Roles Objectives

  • Oversee, improve, and implement employee standards and procedures by utilising and improving HRs existing and recommended systems and processes.
  • Maintain and improve employee benefit programmes, including as salary, health insurance, expenditures, vacation, and other benefits.
  • Establish and implement orientation and training programmes to assist with recruitment efforts and to prepare staff for responsibilities.
  • Monitor and implement applicable HR law and state standards, conduct investigations, and keep records to ensure legal compliance.
  • Identify and suggest areas for improvement in internal standard operating procedures, such as team restructuring and reorganisation.
  • Responsibilities on a daily and monthly basis
  • Assist departments in developing and implementing strategic HR plans that are aligned with the broader business strategy.
  • Schedule management conferences with employees, hear and resolve employee grievances, train managers to coach and discipline employees, and counsel employees and supervisors to plan, monitor, and analyse HR activities.
  • Champion the onboarding process, ensuring that it is up to date and of high quality and that all employees understand their part in the larger vision.

Key Skills

  • Communication, writing, interpersonal, and ethical mindset skills are all exceptional.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • HR policies and processes are well-versed.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
  • Working in HR is a plus, as is having a detail-oriented and organised personality.
  • Its a plus if youve worked with Zoho People before.
  • HR laws enacted by the Indian government

Requirements

Qualifications

Human resources bachelors and masters degrees. BBA/MBA prefered.

Experience required – 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Salary Package

  • 180000 INR To 540000 INR per annum.

  • Performance Incentives extra dependon performance.
