Job Description:
- Performing basic duties including Printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies
- Assisting and coordinating with FR team and Accounts team.
- Assisting and supporting team.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems, MS Office software
- Previous work experience as an office executive is desirable.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Basic knowledge of Financial and Accounting software
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to handle department in absence of Manager
