About the role
Resilient, organised and entrepreneurial, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the School Leadership Team. We’ll look to you to provide effective leadership and advice to staff, students and parents while inspiring an atmosphere of energy, excitement and achievement.
About you
A strong communicator, you will possess significant teaching and school management experience. Your proven leadership and people management skills together with your knowledge of the English National Curriculum and curriculum developments will enable you to establish a high-performing culture within the school.
