Job Description
• Receive inputs from the business on orders to be placed.
• Receive inputs from business to execute new tasks (Securing quotations)
• Following up of pending tasks (Agreement, quotation, raising PRs, WOCs)
• ensure that all purchase orders/contracts are duly constructed and processed and ensure timely approvals for the same.
• Engage with the Legal team, user & supplier (following up in case of not responding to the emails), sharing the reviewed document between the three parties
• Assist in securing quotations from suppliers and get the business owner/s approval
• Support in monitoring and tracking adherence to the approved PR, WOC & PO
