âResponsible to convert the inbound leads and outbound leads ( Medical, Non Medical or NGO Leads)
âResponsible to achieve daily, weekly & monthly set targets
âAbility to make 40 - 50 calls or more in a day
âRespond ,manage & resolve end to end customer queries of inbound and outbound
âCommunicate and increase the participation of the the customer to fundraise on the platform
âCommunicate with customers through series of actions ( either via phone calls , email or chats)
âDevelop long lasting relationships with the customers that exceeds the company and customer experience
âFollow SOPs and adapt new processes
âCollaborating with multiple teams, understanding the process and seamless integrating sales & customer service

âImpeccable written & oral communication skills in English & Local Language

Basic Qualification :
âBachelorâs Degree or Post Graduate Degree in any discipline
â1 or 2 years of experience as sales executive, customer service executive, or operations associate
âExperience in handling customer calls
âExperience working on CRMâs
