Job Description
1) Develop and submit a clear methodology on how the SOP will be designed and how four corresponding Guidelines will be designed, describing results and proposed usage methodology.
2) Design and submit an implementation plan taking in consideration local conditions and the roles of the MOH and BA. The plan should clearly and consistently define the objectives and implementation benchmarks that can realistically be achieved within a sufficient time frame and in view of available resources.
3) Develop questionnaire for facilitation of the Data Collection and Analysis (1st) workshop in Amman.
4) Submit progress report at the end of the Phase.
