Job Description
- Experience the challenges, rewards and opportunity of working for one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the global energy industry. Under direct supervision, reviews agreements or proposed agreements with customers for conformity to company policies, contract policy, rates, rules, and regulations. Analyzes contracts and confers with various department heads to detect ambiguities, inaccurate statements, omissions of essential terms, and conflicts with possible legal prohibitions. Recommends contract modifications, converts agreements into contract forms, and prepares amended agreements for approval. Initiates changes in standard form contracts and conducts negotiations with customers. Must possess the ability to understand and review terms and conditions of contracts.
