Job Description
- Acts as focal point for all wellsite communication, single point of contact between the client, product lines, and 3rd parties.
- Organizes and leads pre-job safety and operations meetings that are related to well operations.
- Leads daily planning meetings and discusses operations with Aramco Foreman, Product Lines and third-party supervisors.
- Updates forecast and planned activity (7-day planner) to anticipate resource requirements to meet well demands and provide optimum efficiency of services.
- Responsible for checking that equipment and services comply with the contract.
- Manages the auxiliary and ancillary services and subcontractors to comply with Aramco and BH standards and requirements (e.g., Mechanical Lifting, Emergency Services like H2S, Catering and Housekeeping Staff, etc.)
- Manages proper inventory of tangibles such as, but not limited to equipment, products, as well as rental equipment.
- Responsible to activate Emergency Response for any kind of emergency, in coordination with the Aramco foreman.
