Job Description
- Focused relationship management with, airline representatives and regulatory bodies to monitor standard and quality of services provided.
- Managing the administrative operations of the security section.
- Manage all control room procedures in line with the CCTV codes of practice
- Supervise Mall Security officers to ensure that company procedures are followed and adhered too at all times.
- Support and provide guidance to other site based centre staff.
- Continuous management and monitoring of CCTV screens / systems and associated specialist security equipment
