Job Description
- Reviews the current business practices, policies and procedures and identifies the potential aspects required for improvement and optimisation in order to get the maximum business value which may relate, but not be limited to process effectiveness in achievement of business results and proceess efficiency to minimise the cycle time
- Designs and implements the Business KPI structure / organisational performance management framework for the facilitation, monitoring and reporting on performance against plans and budgets as well as strategic objectives
- Oversee the operational performance through set KPIs and targets, and continuously identify and recommend improvements to enable their achievement
- Works with the business leadership in identification of business processes which are key to the successful achievement of business objectives and require transformation, process improvement or technical interventions for innovation and standardisation in order to achieve required level of efficiency and effectuveness
- Ensures implementation of the quality management system focused to key business processes related to strategic planning and operations, business poicies in order to have standardisation, control and traceability
