Job Description
- leads and works with internal technical resources in preparing and delivering a compelling presentations and demonstrations of company’s products and services to the clients to insure that the representation is based on the necessities and competitive sales condition.
- Initiate study and research to fully understand the customer needs and sales condition in the market.
- Responds in-depth to customer questions and inquiries to insure that favorable solutions and answers are provided.
- Performs customer needs assessments and surveys and solution-finding sessions with Sales Team to ensure that satisfaction level of customers are identified and measured efficiently.
- Understands product capability gaps or functionality to define ways in handling them using partners, product enhancement, etc. Participates at conferences, tradeshows, and other events as required by Sales Management and Product Marketing to ensure that the Department is updated with the current norms and practices in the sales and marketing.
