Job Description
- Drive Continuous Improvement in entire LSA Factory.
- Develop and drive Value Stream Mapping in LSA being a champion in driving improvements using Lean Manufacturing Tools (5S, Standard Work, TPM, SMED, Pull System (Kanban), and One-Piece Flow).
- Create/ Define Layout for Production Process using Lean Approach.
- Implement TPM for all Machines/ Equipment.
- Document all CI Projects using A3 Methodology.
