HSE Director

-Develop health, safety, and environmental strategic plans, policies, programs, and controls in line with client's vision as well as health, safety and environmental standards and develop KPIs to protect the region s natural assets and ensure waste is minimized and adequately disposed.
-Manage the distribution and enforcement of HSE policies and procedures across construction and development teams and external project management
-Develop an HSE audit plan for construction and development to ensure that HSE standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are implemented.
-Review and approve HSE plans developed by project management consultants and construction contractors prior to the project start to achieve HSE objectives pre-construction, during construction, and post-construction.
-Verify that SDC s HSE practices are in line with international best practices, codes, standards, laws, and regulations.
