• Review and analyse rights, obligations, risks and merits under various project agreements including but not limited to water and energy conversion agreement, EPC Contract, O&M agreement, shareholders agreement and provide the management of the company with an opinion about recommended actions in order to maximize the benefits and minimize the risk of the Company.
• Draft, negotiate and finalize various new contracts, agreements or letters which are required to execute day-to-day business of the Company or the project.
• Proactively liaise with internal (CFO, Construction Director, HR Manager Etc.) and external parties such as, lawyers, technical advisors, financial advisors to obtain proper inputs and conduct proper contract management.
• Ensuring that contracts and subcontracts entered into by the project company are in line with its policies and procedures.
• Ensure effective handover from pre contract to post contract phase of projects to support above and that processes are in place to ensure the effective administration of contracts.
• Review and support project company monthly risk/management reviews.
• Claims and disputes resolution
