Responsibilities:
We envisage success in this role to include;
Strategic
Manage all phases of the projects ensuring the concept remains consistent with organization objectives by establishing strong communication linkages with all stake holders and content providers, responsible for preparation of project plans and associated communication documents.
Operational
Responsible for integration, communication, time, cost variations and risk management of projects. Reports and prepares Project Summary sheets on a regular basis for updating the Head of Department.

- Liaise with various government bodies and agencies from time to time to obtain inputs or seek approvals on certain projects. Remain focal point for technical correspondences to consultants, contractors and stakeholders
- Coordinate, prepare, legal and contractual correspondences in consultation with concerned departments.
