Develops, integrates and implements all aspects of project-related Environmental, Safety, and Health (ES&H) (including medical and industrial hygiene), processes, plans, procedures, systems, methods and policies critical to the success of ES&H.
Ensures that complex requirements are properly interpreted by evaluating and applying appropriate ES&H principles and formulating scopes of work, plans, and methodologies suitable for achieving and maintaining compliance with ES&H requirements applicable to the assigned project.
Provides technical assistance and supervisory direction to other environmental, safety and/or health project personnel.
Identifies resources needed to implement the ES&H programs/plans.
Plans and coordinates work requiring independent judgment and extensive supervisory experience in the application of ES&H plans, policies, procedures, methods and systems as well as the formulation of mitigation measures to reduce accidents and potential adverse environmental impacts on projects.
