Job Description
- Ensure, via service technicians, that our contractual SLA’s to our clients are being met
- Ensure client requests for information are routed to the relevant member of staff to deal with them as They are received
- Dealing with incoming service related enquiries
- Update daily KPI figures on the shared drive
- Ensure iCABS is up to date with the correct customer information and specification
- Provide information and post forms to the field teams as and when requested
- Ensure all service visits by technicians are allocated correctly
- Ensure, via service technicians, that our contractual obligations to our clients are met
