Job Description
- Line management of Team Leaders & Service Controllers.
- Lead and motivate their teams to be The Experts In..."
- Managing service colleague absence and vacant patches via the TL's & SC's
- Organize planning to ensure maximum productivity.
- Be the lead regional person for Quality
- Support the TPA process and ensure adequate development plans for their team.
- Review stock usage and ensure it remains in line with budget
- Technical support and training for a regional colleagues
- Ensure H&S procedure and practices are complied with in their region.
- Be able to perform regional compliance audits
