Job Description
- Create a wonderful customer experience for our English/Arabic speaking customers online across all of our social media platforms (including Twitter, Facebook, Google, and Instagram) by handling the inquiries and complaints professionally and going extra miles with the customers.
- Constantly stay up-to-date on social media processes and applications and look for new ways to use them to help our customers & team
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager
