Job Description
- To provide a high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by correctly interpreting and processing instructions.
- An acceptable /agreed volume of work is handled contributing to the achievement of the section's
- Performance targets.
- To ensure that tasks are prioritized, processed & completed in accordance with procedures.
- Common frauds/errors/irregular transactions are identified and appropriate action is taken in
- Accordance with procedures.
- To ensure that a general level of awareness about Money Laundering is maintained at all times
