Job Description
- Communicates effectively with guests, co-workers and supervisors.
- Demonstrates teamwork by co-operating and assisting co-workers as needed.
- Handles difficult situations effectively.
- Meets service standards.
- Performs other duties as necessary to provide service and teamwork.
- Provides quality food and beverage service to guests.
- Approaches guests promptly suggesting beverages and recommending promotional items.
- Uses approved suggestive selling techniques to up sell premium products. Maintains inventory to respond properly to guest questions.
- Maintains proper service area cleanliness.
