Job Description

  • Upkeep of the image, standards, and principle of the organization, keeping a transparent easily accessible style of management.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of brand identity.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of corporate profile and image.
  • Responsible for all departmental recording and documentation.
  • Should constantly be in touch with all the latest trends in the industry and acquire all the necessary skills necessary as the company keeps growing.
  • Organizing and planning events such as launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots.
  • Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
  • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
  • Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Coordinate and develop digital advertising plans/budgets.
  • Work with videographers to conceptualize, storyboard, and coordinate print and video campaigns.
  • Direct the social media strategy on Instagram, Linked IN etc. through digital advertising.
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Maintain the effectiveness of external stakeholder relationship management programs.
  • Handling social media, public relations efforts, and content marketing.
  • Should work professionally adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Formulate and develop the business directions, objectives, targets and plans for the responsible brands.
  • Drive business development and expansion strategies in the assigned region to further strengthen the Company’s market position.
  • Establish industry presence, create visibility and impact with industry groups and leaders
  • Build a strong management team and relationship. Manage the manpower effectively and to ensure high service standards and high team spirit among staff.
  • Manage employee performance through activities such as; career development, coaching and counseling, employee relations, goal setting and performance appraisal, succession planning, and administration. Strategically develop key talent within the organization.
  • Act as a spokesperson for all media and press relations.
  • Formulate monthly targets and yearly budgets, marketing plans and objectives considering market factors, ensuring achievement of such targets in a most cost-efficient manner.
  • Ensure a constant update of products and services with respect to international and local standards.
  • Should always look for new opportunities for development; business-enhancement etc and report to the management accordingly.
  • Constantly be in touch with all the latest trends in the industry and acquire all necessary skills as the company keeps growing.
  • Assist management in the development of new concepts.
