Job Description
- support the CISM in implementing and setting the mission application development strategic objectives.
- Work with all stakeholders to develop streamlined solutions.
- Review business and process and suggest changes to help improve business process.
- provide 2nd and 3rd line support on SharePoint Online and internally developed solutions
- ensure it issues are resolved within SLO.
- lead on development project tasks.
- ensuring IT and Cyber security best practices
- continuous self-development of IT and soft skills
