- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
- Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecast
- Prepare reports and projections based on this analysis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5 years of experience in financialanalysis preferably in manufacturing company
- Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
