Job Description
- Supervise Salesman all the time to make sure that they are generating the volume of sales from potential customers and review their quotations to make sure they are getting bust prices.
- Continuous visit to potential customers to promote and increase sales.
- During absence of the General Manager or the operational Manager will take care of all of lice resources and employees either administrative or operational
- Follow up all work procedures in-coordination with the GM from quoting phase to release of payment. Supervises and follows all the running procedures with Al-Mashrik such as opening L/C’s letters, tender buying, bid hands, submission and release of payments, etc
- Follow up with custom clearing agent for quick release of shipments from customs
- Issue monthly report to show the progress of the company.
- Any other jobs to be given to him from President General Manager Operational Manager
