Job Description
- Model, maintain, document, automate, and optimize company s business processes and SLAs through interacting with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Develop, deploy, and manage business excellence processes and systems that result in operational efficiency and effectiveness through effective quality management practices.
- Manage the development and enhancement of the process engineering methodology and standards including operating guide, templates, tools, etc. in line with leading practices. And propose efficiency improvement projects, as required.
- Establish service level agreements with relevant stakeholders as per the company policies and procedures.
- Analyse process measurements, provide recommendations and follow-up on effective implementation.
