Job Description
- Manage and document and log support for Firewall configuration with end user or external requirements.
- Responsible for supporting Email gateway requirement, tracking emails and troubleshooting email delivery.
- Responsible for Planning, implementing and monitoring Network for the company. Overlook the new deployment in network related to Computer network, Voice and Video requirements.
- Hands on experience to Develop and maintain, network and application related diagrams.
- Support IT projects in network, voice and information security issues
- Responsible for Coordinate with external vendor in renewing and purchasing the current support and new product as required
- Handle, Coordinate and support Audit with internal/external regulators.
- Responsible to manage and understand information security risk/Threat. Handle external security vendors on Threat hunting and other information security related issues.
