Job Description
Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas is looking for an experienced Hygiene Manager to assist the Executive Chef in implementing and managing the overall Food Safety and Hygiene Management System (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point - HACCP) as an efficient and productive service center ensuring a smooth operation.
An ideal candidate should be able to maximize guest satisfaction consistency in line with Grand Hyatt Doha and Hyatt International standards, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the kitchen operation and administration.
