You will be updated with latest job alerts via email1. Plan, develop and implement strategy and budgets for the operational management of the division within agreed targets and timelines.
2. Monitor measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans for achievement within agreed formats and timescales.
3. Develop procedures and processes that adequately support the business and secure the quality of the work
4. Ensure that relationship with principals and customers are developed and maintained and that common business is developed appropriately.
5. Facilitate market surveys to discover new products and monitor customer satisfaction surveys.
6. Establish benchmarks for the Electrical Division regarding customer expectations.
7. Ensure the appropriate recruitment of managers and staff; facilitate their training and development and assessment of their capabilities by using appropriate systems for measuring KPIs.
8. Liaise with other functional/department managers so as to understand all required aspects and needs of operational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purpose and achievements.
9. Safeguard the company assets, and assets given in to the care of the company.
