Lead project initiatives to use data for improved decision making in areas such as planning, budgeting, procurement, human resources, and management.

Work closely with partners to develop performance metrics and reports on topics including, but not limited to: project progress, budgeting, quality and health and safety reporting, risk analysis, and human resource allocations.

Lead efforts with ministry counterparts to use data to inform system and process improvements, using continuous improvement tools and methodologies.

Transfer knowledge to ministry counterparts by developing regular trainings, workshops, and peer-to-peer learning activities on the linkages between data and decision-making, as well as practical application of continuous improvement tools in the school infrastructure (SI) setting.
