Job Description
- Manage daily maintenance operations and operates the Building Management System
- Evaluates all maintenance request forms, sets priorities, and process work assignments
- Provides reports on all life safety, quality, and maintenance issues
- Provides a safe and secure workplace
- Provide materials requisition support for the section
- Performs other duties as assigned
