Provide general day-to-day HR support across the business in relation to all HR activities, employees leave and other administration for employees and (as necessary), all in compliance with statutory obligations and best practice.
Processing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information and updating them
Handle employees files and ensure all employees documents properly filed
Implementing labor law in order to avoid any violation
Updating employees leave data in order to facilitate right information to management
Verify sick leave medical claims request with its documentation to ensure its validity
Ensure that all HR records and database are documented and filed
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
Handle adding/deletion from/to GOSI
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Take responsibility for the iqama & work permit renewals
