Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions and advice via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers for retention, feedback and inquiries.
- Extract customer suggestions and present those to management to be implemented.
- Compile reports on consumer behavior and suggest innovations that bocsha can adopt
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of food and cooking methods plus the willingness to learn
- Excellent communications Skills and general client empathy
- Very Good command of the English & Arabic language spoken and written.
