Job Description
- Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and with a strong track record of working within a similar type of role.
- Show evidence of knowledge and experience of basic library procedures and understand the functions of a modern school library.
- Be proactive in providing general Library and teaching support independently and under the direction of the Library Manager.
- Go the extra mile, ensuring service level delivery is met.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence, able to maintain confidentiality as well as deal effectively and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and teams.
- Fully support the school Mission, Vision and Motto.
