Plans, organizes and directs the project’s operational activities. Includes any combination of the following: staffing, recruitment including contract personnel, international and national staff, government relations, salary administration, immigration practices and activities, training, records administration, policy interpretation, and employee relations. Evaluates progress of all personnel activities and makes modifications as required.
Coordinates HR operational actions on behalf of the project with the HR People Operations Region and Country and HR delivery teams to provide information or to request information on international personnel policies and/or practices.
