Job Description
- Create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities as follows:
- Developing and producing multimedia pieces for use on websites, in multimedia presentations, and for interactive displays and exhibits
- Collaborating with the DOE&CD teams to determine appropriate visual, textual and animated elements of projects
- Creating multimedia products in partnership with business analysts, technical architects and software programmers
- Creating digital images for the purpose of animation
- Creating artwork to be used in video
- Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
- Designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software.
