  • Develop and execute a strategic internal and executive communications plan
  • Internal communications managers use their planning, writing and editing skills to create materials and organize events for the employees of the company.
  • Develop content that informs employees about the objectives and policies of the company and the measures it is taking to ensure its path of growth.
  • Develop and execute a strategic internal and executive communications plan

  • Develop content that informs employees about the objectives and policies of the company and the measures it is taking to ensure its path of growth.
  • g bulletin boards or calendars of events; and managing other tools to produce print and digital copies of communication.
  • work in close partnership with Human Resources, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • Develop and author a variety of internal and executive communications including presentations, announcements, blogs to be delivered across a variety of communications channels.
  • Monitors & evaluates global Wellbeing program effectiveness
  • Provides professional guidance for program initiatives
  • Validate what is in place to wellbeing industry best practices and research
  • Manage and adapt Wellbeing & Resiliency Program to local needs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, with BPO / Operations experience
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Organized and creative
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
