CONCEPT looking to expand sales department by hiring sales admin and coordinator position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing sales / marketing phone calls / receiving on daily bases.
- Taking appointment for the sales team with customers.
- Receive / send emails to sales team daily bases.
- Performing quotations, contracts, etc… for sales team.
- Develop monthly sales report with the sales team monthly bases.
- Performing face to face sales tasks at exhibitions / office – 100 %
- Performing face to face sales visits at the field 20% if needed.
- Attending university tenders if needed.
- Convenient sales target responsibility.
- Performing sales meetings with sales manager and sales members on daily bases upon bossiness need.
Job Requirements
- 0 - 3 Experience.
- Bachelor degree in Dentistry / Biomedical engineer.
- English fluency is compulsory.
- Proficiency using MS Office is compulsory in Word, Excel and Power point.
- Full time.
- Excellent negotiation skills and talkative.
- Dynamic and multi-tasking.
